Virksomhedskvinder.dk - Business women
Virksomhedskvinder.dk has been set up as a separate website under www.startvaekst.dk, and the initiative is part of the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority’s “Action Plan for Women Entrepreneurs” from November 2009.
The website aims to provide a single point of access to all relevant information and materials on women and growth, so women entrepreneurs and business managers can quickly and easily access information and offers that can generate growth in their businesses. This could, for example, include sparring, networking and mentoring schemes for women, female role models, information about events and activities, knowledge and statistics regarding female entrepreneurs, etc.
The Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority is behind the website, in cooperation with Væksthusene (Regional Business Development Centres).Væksthus Syddanmark (Vaeksthus Southern Denmark Business Development Centre) handles project management and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of the website.
